Role (Purpose of the job)

• To provide most efficient and high quality HR administration support to company by following the related HR processes and governmental regulations in the area of employment management, HR data & system maintenance, Contact Centre, HR Recruitment, Employee Time Management, Employment Relationship, Benefits Administration and etc.

Key Responsibility

• Daily Operation Administration
• Be responsible for employee onboard, termination, status change & internal transfer process administration
• Facilitate on employee probation review and contract renew process
• Manage employee leave records and filing
• Support on local governance (Hukou, Ju Zhu Zheng and etc.)
• Facilitates recruitment process for local office including applicant tracking system
• Updates candidate summary list for new candidate and interview feedback consolidation
• Schedules interviews with candidates and coordinates with hiring managers
• Benefits Administration include birthday benefit, annual meeting, outing, teambuilding, travel, family day and etc.

Main Competence Requirements

• Bachelor degree with a major in English, HR, Business or Administration preferred
• Minimum 1 year's experience in HR or Admin function
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Objective demeanor to manage controversial situations with positive results preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills bilingually in Mandarin and English
• Good understanding of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT
• High level of confidentiality and discretion a must
• Multi-tasker who is detail oriented and dependable
• Proactive working style and collaborative
