Job Summary:

Work with suppliers to achieve best price and maximum saving with deep understanding of product (Stationary Power Tools).

Work with headquarter to understand market requirement and clear delivery this requirement to supplier to ensure all offers is correct and efficient.

Work with technical team and suppliers on product development, ensure all development under milestone plan.

Maintain and improve existing supplier, such as quality, cost, delivery time, payment terms.

Develop new supplier or new products to enrich current product range.

Maintain and update system (ERP) data. Day to day communication, email/fax on status tracking on production/delivery.

Take on and execute other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by line manager.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or higher .

2. 1-3 years working experience in tools field, be preferred in Stationary Power Tool products . Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing, preferably with multi-national company.

3. Abundant suppliers or manufacturers resources in related fields above to meet the urgent inquiry from customer.

4. Understanding purchase terms and conditions.

5. High initiative with strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills, Strong analytical and reporting ability.

6. Honest, positive, ability to study, high responsibility. Able to work under pressure and take ownership.

7. Proficient in written and spoken English; good PC skills.
