Fast growing US company focused on the supply of medical and healthcare related products to the US market. We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector working at Shanghai office to insure quality of products and to implement the supplier improvement plan.

Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Shanghai

Overview:
The Quality Inspector will be responsible to support supplier & sourcing projects on quality control, supplier continuous improvement. To ensure effective action plan in place to fully support quality requirements.

Job Description:
        Perform on site quality controlling for the final products and packaging to ensure the quality meet requirements.
        Identify and drive supplier manufacturing process quality concern towards final resolution to improve the yields.
        Follow up on supplier corrective actions for quality issues;
        Report quality issue ASAP to avoid stop shipment and marketing complaints;
        Ensure any engineering change or quality requirement properly implemented;
        Supplier document (Factory specification, Inspection report, drawings and etc.) review;
        Work with supplier on product testing plan to meet the requirements;

Job Requirements
        College degree in mechanical engineering or engineering degree is preferred or equivalent 1 years' working experience in supplier quality and medical supply field.
        Understand inspection sampling plan according to AQL
        Additional knowledge of quality controlling from different industries such as textile and mechanical is a plus
        Familiar with ISO13485, MDD and FDA requirement is preferred
        Good English written and read communication skills and good teamwork.
        Travel up to 50-70%
