职位描述：
Section Manager for RF Connector and Cable Assembly
1. Define and coordinate the actions of the Methods and Industrialization team,Improve the process design platform, e.g. optimum connection mode platform, product structure comparison table, retrieval platform, quotes products, economic analyzes products, participation in the development of tariffs.
Short term :
    - Release production process and optimization of the processes.
    - Technical support subsidiaries and outsourcing.
Medium and long term:
    - Product industrialization.
    - Industrialization processes.
    - Evolution of industrial means and roadmap definition.
2. Implement the tools and organizational modes for the company's production-related activities by ensuring timely, quality, efficient and cost-effective.
3. Ensure the adequacy of the means.
4. Take into account the Environment in the development of product realization processes.
5. Optimize the operating modes.
6. Define and monitor production costs and investments.

Requirement:
1. Knowledge in mechanics and automation
2. Fluent English
3. Conduct of industrial projects
4. Technical Experience in process design 5-7 years
5. Experience in leading a small team : 3 years minimum
6. Capability to lead a section composed of 10 to 15 people
7. Have a global view
8. Integrate on a daily basis the notion of delay, efficiency and profitability
