Title: Operations Merchandiser
Product: Electricals
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the merchandising team
- Input data into system in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare pre-production documents including the contract, lab test report, approved swatches, etc.
- Follow up production and sample status with factories
- Follow up shipment status to ensure goods are dispatched on time
Requirements:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Working experience in sourcing/trading company will be a plus
- Quick learner, self-motivated and team player
- Proficient in using MS Office
