职位描述：
Leading key tendering projects in territories and achieve the goals set; Implement tender SOP relevant; contribute in optimizing tender process; Complete general tender reports as requestFacilitate tender training programs with related government and tender training to both franchises and distributors as well.
Develop key account distributor management strategies and lead the execution by project assigned.
Participate in terms of commercial and tendering mgt, and actively leading the related training in local
Build up frequent communication with tendering agencies and related officials and keep the best sharing information across franchise in local as well.
