工作职责：
1、负责统筹、协调花里内部的跨部门（市场部、产品部、培训部及加盟部）项目；
2、负责分配、委派、指导员工正确开展工作，确保部门工作良性运转，响应客户与部门员工的疑问、投诉；
3、负责企业客户的项目管理与实施，包括项目计划制定、进度跟进，具体实施，风险控制等，保证项目成功交付。
4、负责持续改善运营效率，与花艺设计部、市场部及运营部紧密合作，并提供合理的分析与建议；
5、负责主动消除运营内、外部的不畅环节，密切关注市场动向及业界动态，提升产品运营的综合效率；
6、协助团队提炼行业性的系统应用解决方案；
7、完成上级领导安排的其他工作内容。

任职要求：
1、985，211大学毕业或有海外留学背景
2、思维敏捷，沟通能力强，为人处事灵活，学习能力强
3、抗压能力强，能独立担当一个完整的项目，能够应对多项目多任务并行
4、基本的英文读写能力，优秀的客户沟通和协商技能
5、一年以上工作经验
