职位描述：
Business
- Provide project cost estimations and budgeting for ATL and BTL projects
- Communicate regular status updates to program and project executive leadership team on budget spend and forecasts
- Generate project quotation, contracts; participate in business negotiations
Project Management
- Manage and control the entire project process, from requirements gathering to design, implementation and deployment
- Draft project programs and monitor the project in line with those programs
- Develop the project execution plans, coordinate project materials and research
- Generate schedules and reports
- Manage vendors and freelancers
-Manage internal stakeholders across department
Communication and Report
- Acquire project requirements, organise and understand the material well
- Coordinate the client, the suppliers and internal communication
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years of experience of working for an agency or production studio, in PM, producer or traffic capacity
- Experience of dealing with clients/sub-contractors and building client relationships
- Good interpersonal good organizational skills, diligent on work
- Good understanding of the principles project management for e-Commerce projects
- Pro-active approach and high sense of responsibility
- Proficient in Chinese, English a plus
