Position Statement
1 The Internal Sales is responsible for intra department communication and coordination, and ensures that milestones and deliverables are met through the life of the project both in pre-bid and post-bid.
2 The IS could handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development and construction – projects are mainly located in EMEA region.
3 Work with an existing support team. Keep track on the deadlines imposed by the BD department especially in pre-bid stage.
4 Maintain records, databases and relevant project documentation. IS should be able to read relevant documentation related to the project and comment them together with support and BD team. After this phase he should be able to coordinate the right actions among different departments.
5 Ensure documents are prepared by the responsible department (technical, R&D, costing, legal, risk control, production, QC, shipment, finance, field engineering) are properly organized, processed and are delivered in a timely manner.
6 Make sure requirements follow requests form the DB department, in preparing the relevant technical documentation such as (technical drawings, PV-syst simulations, proposed layout, technical manuals, technical reports). Deadlines and feasibility to be coordinated with the BD team to determine feasibility.
7 Serve as a coordinator that ensure that the right point-of-contact are reaching out the for customers timely during each project especially in execution phase.
8 (make sure production deadlines are met, shipment deadlines are met, field support team is coordinating communication with construction companies).
9 Provide regular progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required.
10 Improve the overall workflow. Closing a project reports are carried out on the difficulties and the proposed improvement actions.
11 REQUIRMENTS:
12 Ability to organize relevant meeting and bring in the responsible person.
13 Ability to speak and coordinate intra department actions.
14 Excellent client DMU-facing communication skills.
15 Sense to meet deadline and good time management.
16 Be a step ahead in action taking before the request arises.
17 Understand the solar industry project process.
18 Previous experience in downstream solar PV industry is a plus.
19 Solid understanding of project management.
20 Good organization skills.
21 Outstanding communication abilities, Daily interaction, email and telephone communication with the BD team is requested.
Qualification Requirements
1 Min 5 years in PM from corporations
2 (solar is plus but not strictly required)
3 Solid understanding of PM skills – Fluency in English is a must
