Job Objective工作目标:
In charge of keeping daily communication between local customers and potential international customers.
- Be the local representative of MINGYANG towards the assigned customers
- Be the daily contact point between the customers and MINGYANG.
- Conduct regular communication with customers' managers and operational levels.
- Report constantly with the Sr. manager／director or regional KAM.
- Supervise the sales team to arrange the daily issues about follow up sales and logistics status with the assigned customers.
- Collect and inform about data on customers and market.
Job Responsibilities工作职责:
- Know well the organization of the clients in purchase, engineering/development, quality … and the key people for each project
- Maintain regular contacts with the customers' managerial and operational levels through regular sales calls/visits at customers
- For each project : get the request for quotation and conduct making the quotation on time
- Prepare the quotation with finance and R&D departments (development, quality, production, logistics), help to prepare sales negotiations
- Follow up the right execution of the sales contracts
- Assist MINGYANG teams (development, quality, production, SC, …) to ensure that we meet the customers’ requests
- Request needed training or corrective/preventive actions to ensure and improve quality
- Market intelligence activities : collect data on customers and market (projects, specs, sales, production plans, competition, prices …)
- Regular reporting of activities to Sr. sales manager/director or regional KAM.
- VA/VE proposal follow-up

Job Requirements工作要求
- Education学历: Bachelor degree in any field, engineering is an advantage
- Language语言: ability to understand business discussions in Korean
- Computer skill计算机技能: Microsoft Office soft wares (XL, Word, Power Point)
- Work experience工作经验: Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, marketing or logistics activity
