上海某行业知名外资公司-从事精密机械加工
Manage and oversee the Quality Assurance Department and inspection operations of the plant, attaining quality goals through the efficient use of resources and the ability to motivate personnel and continually improve operations.
1. Provides the highest level of internal and external customer service.
2. Ensures compliance with ISO9001 guidelines, answers corrective actions, and implements new program guidelines and updates.
3. Facilitates implementation of process control systems and statistical process control charts
4. Provides process improvement know-how, methods, and conceptual expertise to teams.
5. Identifies application opportunities for the technical / statistical tools of quality / process improvement.
6. Facilitates implementation of process control systems and statistical process control charts. Compiles and reports monthly Quality Performance Statistics to manufacturing management.
7. Supervises all Quality personnel.
8. responsible for day-to-day problem solving and troubleshooting to achieve quality and production goals.
Demands:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years extensive experience in QA required, including 3or more years managing the QA department in machining industry.
2. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills working with a wide variety of personality types.
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills (multitasking).
4. Must be able to endure periods of high stress and work effectively under deadlines and complex situations.
5. Excellent supervisory and leadership capabilities.
6. Must demonstrate the ability to read all instructions and be able to fill out all required paperwork.
7. Must demonstrate fluency in reading / interpreting manufacturing blueprints.
8. Must demonstrate the ability to calibrate and use precision measuring instruments for inspection of critical dimensions.
9. Experienced in data collection, manipulation, and analysis.
10. Fluent English communication skill.
