任职条件（教育背景及工作经验）：
- at least 5 year Line Manager, Building Site Manager or team leader for mechanical assembly
- Know-How of technical standards and automotive assembly
- Concept to lead and control personal, cost and working time for project
- Familiar with CAD, CATIA to understand drawing
- Know-How of customer standards
- Good communication with customer and PM
- Can organize and lead a meeting with customer and PM
- Can report by protocol to customer and company
- Can solve mechanical and personal problem onsite building site
- Can organize completely working plan, daily working plan for working team and supplier
- Can prepare and update time schedule
- Good English language in speaking, writing and reading

岗位主要任务和职责：
- have to get all information, budget for building site, drawing, process and project documentation from PM
- have to know contact person of customer
- have to know customer standards
- building a team for assembly, commissioning and stand by for building site together with Realization Team Manager and technical team leader
- responsibly to prepare time schedule with all working steps and mile stones inside and handover to PM and Realization Team Manager
- responsibility to prepare list of building site equipment incl. tools and container
- responsibility to prepare scope of work for building site and handover to PM and Realization Team Manager
- responsibility to organize meeting with customer for building site
- responsibility to realization of application ISO 9001 and YIKE process documentation
- have to organize a daily building site report, daily working plan, internal LOP and status update
- responsibly to prepare white board with organization chart, time schedule, scope of work, assembly layout, list of emergency telephone number
- have to check quantity and status of PR, purchase, delivery time for buying parts together with Purchase department and work preparation team
- responsibly to prepare work scope for supplier
- responsibly for hole process preassembly and onsite building site
- responsibly for meeting minutes, status of project, mile stones, working time, OT, building site cost
- responsibly for building site team and supplier
- responsibly by building site for protection of work safety and health conditions
- responsibly for assembly and backup for drawing
- taking charge of project cost and budget
- Manage customer and supplier relations
- Coordinate and solve the problems caused by the project
- Contract-, Change- and Claim Management
- Define the strategy "Make and Buy" for project scope of supply
- Manage the risk on project .Drive the Analysis and Implement the recovery action on the risks defined in proposal and project phase
- Project report in closing phase in aspect of lessons, possible optimization
- Evaluate team member's performance in project closing phase
- At the superior’s request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of company business.
