职位描述：
工作职责：
1.与开发商营销部或相关的专业部门对接营销推广；
2.负责本项目推广工作的跟进、督办、协调、执行、落实；
3.熟悉项目的销售动态；
4.配合营销方案内涉及到的广告推广、印刷、制作活动等所有推广费用的报价，以及具体组织、联系事宜并具体落实等。
任职要求：
1. 营销类大专及以上学历；
2. 具有2年以上工作经验；相关工作经验优先。
3. 开朗，积极，善解人意，具有强烈的竞争欲望，灵活机敏； 
4. 沟通能力较强，熟练掌握电脑操作。
