? Implement the detailed and concrete training needs analysis and post-training evaluation with analytical mind.
? Design and develop useful and creative training programs with innovative thinking.
? Able to provide effective time and project management in handling all training administration and logistic arrangement timely and independently including maintaining records of training activities, sending invitations, venue and materials preparation etc.
? Apply problem solving skill to suggest appropriate training implementation plan to achieve the training objectives within budget.
? Apply good facilitation skill to deliver and implement effective and interactive classroom and on-site training programs to front line staff.
? Have good communication skill to liaise with external consultants in organizing mystery shopping activities
? Responsible for providing reports on regular basis per business requirements;
? Responsible for other ad hoc tasks or projects assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent A minimum of 5 years hands-on human resources management experience gained in sizeable companies preferably in Retail, FMCG industries.
2. Good working knowledge and practical experience in training area.
3. Good interpersonal communication skills, good grooming and professional manner during daily work; good sense of time management; can work under pressure.
4. Good command of English is a MUST.
