职位描述：
? Work with Country Manager and Sales to develop the local framework for the supply chain function including processes, guidelines and standard operating procedures
? Liaise and negotiate with vendors ensuring that supply chain costs are kept at optimal level
? Monitor the daily operation of the supply chain function ensuring that they meet all deliver deadlines
? Build and maintain good working relationships with key customers and suppliers
? Be the point of contact for MITS; in providing product sourcing and export support to entities within the Megachem group
? Manage efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain processes ensuring that they meet and exceed the customer’s expectations
? Ensure that the all local legal and regulatory requirements are comply with throughout the supply chain function
? Provide training to the supply chain team ensuring that they deliver the high quality service to customers
? Participate in local change/ process improvement initiatives to support and meet the Company’s business objectives
? And any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor or
 Management.
岗位要求
? At least 5-7 years experience in customer service/ shipping/ sales coordination in an organization
? Experience in the industrial chemical trade industry particularly customer service, planning, inventory management, etc.
? Bachelor/University degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation or related science
? Working knowledge of the SAP system is advantageous
? Some knowledge of commercial/ related laws and practices preferred
? Ability to communicate in English and the local dialects
? Excellent team player
? Experienced in negotiation with customers, vendors, etc
? Able to lead and supervise a team of people
? Ability to analyze, prioritise and respond to multiple demands on time and resources
