1、 负责与所有客户和代理行的日常事务的处理和往来邮件的回复。
Responsible for dealing with customers' and correspondent's daily affairs and replies of daily mails.
2、 接收订单，协助航线安排订舱，以及后续所有的报关，入仓，运输，货物跟踪，结算等事宜。
Receive orders, assist lines to arrange booking request, and customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, cargo tracking, settlement and other matters
3、 制作空运出口单证。
Make air export documents
4、 负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜。
Responsible for providing overseas agent business documents and releasing goods
5、 单证及文件的整理归档。
Filing of documents
6、 紧急事务处理。
Emergencies treatment
7、 上级交办的其他相关工作。
Other related work assigned by the superior

任职要求：
Job requirements/任职要求
1、 空运物流企业相关职位一年以上经验。
More than one year's experience in the air transportation logistics company
2、英语阅读，书写流利，口语一般即可。
Read and write English fluently,spoken general
3、 熟练使用Excel、word等软件
    Proficient in using Excel, word
4、工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的抗压能力。
Careful working, strong sense of responsibility and strong ability to resist pressure
5、吃苦耐劳，能适应加班。
   Hardworking, and able to adapt to overtime work
