1． 负责公司电话转接和来宾登记工作
2． 负责公司办公文具的统计、分发和日常管理工作
3． 负责公司会议室和接待室的使用安排和日常管理
4． 协助公司保安做好公司安全保障工作
5． 负责公司员工因公机票、高铁动车和酒店客房的预定
6． 协助部门经理完成公司行政预算的制定、管理和控制
7． 负责公司办公资产的管理
8． 其他各类行政事务的支持工作


职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历
2. 良好的英语听说读写能力
3. 熟练掌握office软件
4. 良好的沟通能力与团队合作能力
5. 有财务背景或行政、会务类经验者优先
