工作职责:

人事方面:
1. 掌握客户公司的外籍员工就业证以及居留许可证的办理的操作流程,了解并逐步独立完成所有签证项目。
Manage all foreign employees ‘visa cases in clients ‘companies. Complete all visa applications independently.
2. 办理客户中方员工的社会保险及住房公积金以及相关工资单制作工作,并按时制作每月相关报表并准时向主管汇报。
Handle local employees’ related social insurance & housing fund transition cases. Make monthly HR reports for managing consultant check and confirm.
3. 负责客户公司员工的劳动合同的签订、更新和解除事宜。根据客户需求,拟定、编制员工手册。
Manage clients’ employees’ labor contract signing, renewal and termination processes. Prepare related handbooks of company in accordance with clients’ requirements.
4. 了解并应用相关法律法规,参与客户公司的员工关系解除/终止合同的相关流程操作。
be familiar with related Laws and Regulation in order to advise to clients for labor dispute and termination processes.
5. 了解并学习其他相关人力资源法律条例,运用到日常工作。
Understand and learn other relevant human resource laws and regulations and apply them to daily work.
6. 接受上级主管的直接领导,积极并主动完成领导交办的其他工作。
Finish other work incurred positively.

合规/行政方向:
1. 协助主管,熟悉了解公司注册,变更,注销等流程。
Assist supervisor, to familiarise with company registration processes such as alteration, termination and other processes.
2. 根据法律法规,填写并递交相关文件和材料,完成相关公司设立,变更,注销等事宜。
Prepare and submit relevant documents and materials to complete the incorporation/ alteration/termination and other matters according to respective bureaus requirements.
3. 与外商委员会,工商管理局,以及其他相关政府部门建立良好关系,了解实时政策动向,搜集并熟悉了解相关法律法规政策。
Maintain good relationships with various government departments to understand the future policy trends and to be updated with the relevant laws and regulations.
4. 接受上级主管的直接领导,积极并主动完成领导交办的其他工作。
Follows the instructions of supervisor and actively complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.


任职资格:
1. 1-2 年相关人力资源及行政管理方面的工作经验者优先。
1-2 related HR & Administration work experience.

2. 优秀的英语书面文字及口头表达能力。
Good ability of English communication in verbal and written.
3. 对各项法律法规及相关政策有所了解,并有兴趣往人力资源各个模块学习和发展。
Be interested in HR each occupation area and develop it.
4. 领悟、理解客户的需求。善于观察、分析项目,并给到合理的咨询方案。,工作效率高,服务意识强。
Learn about clients requirements. Be good at observe and analyze projects and provide professional advisory. Effective work and good service attitude.
5. 优秀的计划、组织、执行能力
Capability of good planning, organization and execution.
6. 耐心细致,有责任心。
Be patient and responsible.
7. 遵守公司的各项管理制度。
Obey company’s all management policy.
