职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.协助部门领导进行日常事务及行政事务工作；
2.与各部门紧密沟通，及时收集和了解各部门工作动态，及时反馈问题点和需要支持的信息；
3.关注公司内各部门信息沟通情况，及时传达上级的各项指令；
4.完成部门领导交办的其他工作的督办、协调及落实任务。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，一年以上助理类工作优先；
2、专业为化工类、机械类、物流专业类优先考虑（因考虑到公司发展，入职者有机会往这3块方向发展）
3、思路清晰，考虑问题细致，有较强的分析和解决问题的能力；
4、具有较强的人际沟通、协调、组织能力；
5、负有责任感，且人机灵，有耐心；
6、肯学，愿意学习发展的；
7、熟练掌握办公软件的使用；
8、良好的英语说写能力。
