- Lead operational shift team in compounding production to ensure that company policies and standard operating procedures are followed.

- Be responsible for team KPI in Safety, Service, Cost, Spirit, and Stability.

- Supervise compounding process, be committed to providing quality products, and on-time delivery that meet or exceed our customers expectations.

- Ensure all statutory and company EHS&S standards are recognized and maintained throughout the shift. Stop any activity that does not comply with the company HSE&S procedures.

- Ensure that product quality standards are met. Stop production in the event of quality problems and take quick actions.

- Utilize quality control tools to manage projects and take assigned responsibilities.

- Ensure all team members strictly follow the production or process procedures and rules

- Be responsible for coaching new operators and responsible for performance appraisal within the shift team, be responsible for the team discipline.

- Be responsible to maintain the environment and housekeeping inside plant while on shift.

- While on shift, be responsible to coordinate all shift functional and outsourced resources, to solve relevant people/department problems for site.

Qualifications Required:

- University degree or above with major in polymer engineering or related

- At least 2 years' working experience in plastics manufacturing/processing

- Strong team management skills

- Exceptional communication skills and Team-work spirit.

- Good command of English both in writing and speaking

- Good skills of MS-Office software
