Primary Responsibilities:

* In charge of sourcing and contracting for 3rd-party labour companies, GC offices procurement, also acting as the site procurement team admin.
* The scope of the Contract components of the role includes all Agreements, Contracts, Letters of Intent and other specified formal project documents.
* Reporting PO and Contract Approval Trackers to be updated and submitted weekly to the relevant buyer and procurement leader.
* Implement and adhere to Procurement Policy, Payment and Contract Approval policies and procedures.
* Use sourcing technologies and bidding SOP to develop reverse auctions, compose GC office service contracts and supply agreements as required
* Liaise closely with internal customers and external vendors from time to time. Implement the related approval processes and systems, tracing the original contract delivery & return within the specified time frames through liaison with them.
* Support other indirect buyers by working with internal supporting team to facilitate new item creation via e-tools as well as the linkage among the systems.
* Responsible for sourcing & contracting new 3rd-party labor companies according to the actual site demand through bidding and EHS qualification SOP
*Take the lead to qualify vendors per E10/SHEM 05 standard at sourcing level by collecting certificates to filter suppliers / bidders.
* Drools recycler sourcing & contracting
* Drools sales data matching monthly in order to ensure payment receipt and apply for VAT release from site Finance team timely
* Perform other position related duties as specified by management

Qualifications Required:

* College degree or above in Chemistry, HR, BA or a related technical field
* Strong negotiation and multi-tasking skills
* Proven meticulous working style
* Willing to handle documentation daily
* Good influencing, persuasion, presentation, conflict resolution skills
* Proficient in both oral & written Mandarin and English
* Contracting experience
* Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
* Proven hands-on experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail)
* MUST be a TEAM player

* Procurement / Administrative experience is preferred.
