German Industry & Commerce （Taicang）Co. Ltd. Shanghai Branch is looking for a

Manager in the department of Legal & Investment

German Industry and Commerce Greater China Shanghai is part of the global network of German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs). We promote Sino-German business relations and support the business activities of companies both from Germany and China with a broad range of services.

Currently we are looking for a highly motivated individual who will support our international team.

Job description

？ Advising German companies on all kinds of questions regarding market entry in China
？ Answering inquiries from German companies in a wide range of legal areas, especially Chinese foreign investment law, company law, contract law and labor Law
？ Reviewing and drafting contracts according to Chinese law
？ Project management/ planning / development
？ Implementing of first consulting conversation and acquisition/business development
？ Preparing reports and articles regarding the new development of Chinese law
？ Preparing speech, interviews, presentations or other publications
？ Other tasks as assigned by employer

Qualification

？ Bachelor degree or above in China, major in law
？ 3 + years working experience with Chinese law, especially company law and contract law
？ Working experience at foreign or Chinese law firm in China preferred
？ Qualification as a Chinese lawyer preferred
？ Knowledge of German law preferred
？ Chinese native speaker, excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus
？ Pleasure to professional work
？ Good coordination and organization skills
？ Strong customer and services-orientation
？ Willingness to familiarize with different fields of law quickly
？ Good teamwork
？ Strong communication skills and open-mindedness
