职位描述：
The Director of Technology /Sr. Manager will:
? Communicate and exchange with customers to understand the demands and expectations, and bring to the company for the revised product design and improvement;
? Study and acknowledge the current competitors’ technologies, standards and capabilities, sometimes also need understand their projects execution status, and work out our responding strategy;
? Act as a main role from technical side and lead the charging station design, assembly, application and performance improvement to align with our product roadmap and schedule;
? Project management and execution in the whole product lifecycle. Work with our BD colleagues to fulfill customer requirements and satisfaction;
? Support to promote our products in our target markets for applications and trials. Collect data for analysis and submit suggestions as a key input of product strategy and evolution;
? Lead engineering team for daily works, applications, project executions and report progress to higher management.


Credentials & Experience
? A minimum of 10 years engineering experience working in electrical automation design, assembly or manufacturing, product application, experience in charging station design and operations is highly desired;
? A Ph.D degree in Electrical engineering, electrical motor, automation, or electronics is a great plus;
? Rich knowledge in design or application of VFD, Motor, conductive or wireless charging system;
? Knowledge of international electrical safety approval standards (e.g. IEC, cUL/UL, GBB) and EMI/EMC
? Work experience in automobile, motor drives and controls industries is much preferred.
? Leader experience with multiple technical functions and carry out the daily works, reporting and performance summary;
? Experience and competence to manage a project in align with a time schedule, dealing with challenges and trouble shootings;
? Training in Lean, 6 Sigma is a plus.
? Experience working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
? Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to travel occasionally, including international travel.
