This position is primarily responsible for solving complex problems from a diverse set of perspectives, contexts and research inputs, from a digital context. You will work closely with the design and marketing team to thread design and business thinking together to deliver inventive, durable and thoughtful, solutions from concept to launch.
Qualities for success include the ability to navigate complex tasks without supervision, an attention to detail, and a strong bias for action. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-changing environment is imperative. The individual balances experience in usability and information architecture with an understanding of the business process implications.
The candidate should have a successful background in creating solutions to business strategies with hardware and software interfaces, networking environments, and IT specialization. A demonstrated strong knowledge of application design along with a working knowledge of system analysis, design, implementation and support of software and hardware systems is highly desired.

This role requires strong collaboration with other members of the Global Marketing Team, and will also require broad collaboration with Marketing, Information services, Sales and other business associates

? 能够洞察客户需求，设计及实现以人为本的产品和服务
? 能适应较快的变化的工作节奏和环境
? 工作态度积极认真，能高质量完成工作
? 积极乐观，能有效安排时间，
? 掌握网络相关知识和技术
? 熟练英语沟通能力 （书写和口语）

Requirements 3+ years relevant industry experience designing applications, experiences, websites, products and services that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints
? Undergraduate degree in Interaction Design, Interface Design, Human Computer Interaction, Service Design, (Graphic), Interior Design, Product design or related field.
? Holistic and human centered approach to product and service design, from research and insight generation to concept to deliverable
? Able to function, adapt and succeed in a constantly changing, fast paced environment
? Positive attitude and motivation to deliver and ensure highest quality deliverables
Able to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
? Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
? Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)
