岗位职责：

1、参与制定企业的销售战略、具体销售计划和进行销售预测。

 2、组织与管理销售团队，完成销售目标。

 3、培训、激励、考核下属员工，以及协助下属员工完成下达的任务指标。

 4、参与制定和改进销售政策、规范、制度，使其不断适应市场的发展。

 5、负责市场信息收集，市场开拓、参与会展交流推广；做好市场危机公关处理。

 6、评估销售业绩和团队绩效，管理销售团队，对整个销售团队负责；

 

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，有4年以上展览销售团队管理经验；

2、较强的分析、组织和沟通能力；

3、熟练的英语口语及书写能力，熟练应用电脑；

4、乐观进取，具开拓精神
