Essential Functions基本职能

1. Assist Bus Analyst IT to provide hands on expert-level logistics application support to customers, users in real time.
协助信息技术技术分析师向用户和客户提供实时的专业物流应用系统支持；

2. Assist Bus Analyst IT to Create and maintain project plans, project budgets, business requirements documents, and issue lists.
协助信息技术技术分析师制定并维护项目计划、项目预算、业务需求文档和清单；

3. Assist Bus Analyst IT to develop test plans and coordinate software testing efforts.
协助信息技术技术分析师制定测试计划并协调软件测试；

4. Perform other duties as assigned.
其他上级指派的工作。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or technical area required商务、供应链管理或其它技术专业本科学历，或具备一定的工作经验；

2. Need to be a team player. The incumbent will work in cross-functional teams, and will need to able to operate and communicate with people of all levels, including all levels of management.

Experience:

2. 1+year experience of supporting WMS/TMS applications and supporting end-user /client interfaces e.g. EDI, and troubleshooting and issue resolution system problems.
