In order to support and develop our strong and dynamic agency growth in China, We are currently recruiting a passionate, detail-oriented Digital Project Manager for the Shanghai Team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including online tools, creative production and advertising campaigns.

Job Description / Responsibilities

? Provide end-to-end project management
? Scope project requirements and prepare budget
? Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
? Manage resources and collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
? QC woks before submitting to client.
? Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
? Develop support documentation such as requirement specifications
? Communicate with the team and ensure all members have tasks assigned to them
? Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
? Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

Requirement / Required skills

? Hands on experience with project management software such as Jira and MS Project.
? Familiar with Content Management
? Proven work experience as a Digital project manager
? Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
? Ad platforms experience: Doubleclick and Sizmek
? Excellent organization and time management skills
? Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral
? Familiar with Powerpoint and Excel

Will be a big plus

? Experience in VR/AR, Social Media and e-Commerce
? Familiarity with HTML/CSS
? Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator
? Understanding of SEO and Analytics
