职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Conduct new supplier assessments. Strategy supplier annual quality survey.
负责供应商的评估
2.Work with suppliers to submit QIN in time and negotiate rework cost recovery or return products.
督促供应商按时提交质量事故整改书并沟通退货或返工费用。
3.Work with worldwide cross function teams for quality issue evaluation and following.
协作相关部门完成质量问题评估及跟踪事宜
4.Require for quotation, sample from vendor. Communicate with Laboratory and cross function team for the sample validation & approval.
督促供应商及时报价、提交样品等。并协调验证部门完成样品的验证
5.Communicate with vendor for the projects status update, issue following and solving.
跟踪项目的进展状态并及时解决开发过程中的问题
6.Search for new suppliers in China.
寻找新供应商
7.Maintain correct information in Smartsheet.
及时更新Smartsheet里的相关信息
8.Complete reports in time.
及时完成各项报告
9.Follow up OE sample and launch project in SS.
跟踪OE样品并在Smartsheet里立项
10.Support related departments to resolve issues.
协作其他部门完成各项工作

任职资格：
1.Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Master degree preferred.
制造、工程、电子专业本科
2.At least 3 years related working experience in AUTO Industry
3年以上汽车行业相关工作经历
3.Good project Management, communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated skills in problem solving. Analytical, structured way of thinking.良好的项目管理、沟通技能
4.CET - 4 and above. Fluent English in oral and writing
英语4级以上，说写流利
5.TS 16949 certificate is preferred
