职位描述：
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead the team to handle multiple projects in field of mono and color LCD in small and medium size 1”-12” for industrial and home appliances applications
2. Improve Design and development of small and medium size LCD Displays and LCM Module with his Team and suppliers
3. Optimize SOP and test requirements for customized products
4. Ensure continuous improvement of design rules
5. Lead Development of simple electrical test equipment internal in team or external for vendor
6. Provide the product Checklists for internal OQC
7. Optimize with internal departments the supply chain
8. Collaborate with regional tech marketing teams Asia and Europe to ensure consistency of tech support
9. Maintain and improve the quality of technical support provided to customers
10. Mentor and develop team members to achieve personal and team goals.
11. Effectively manage the team's work to ensure overall customer satisfaction
12. Organize in-house and supplier technical training for team members
13. Effectively communicate with the global technical marketing and product marketing team for the assigned project
14. Identify the right staffs and recruit them for major projects and coordinate training for the team
15. Responsible for the samples test/report, samples delivery,
16. Check and approve drawing and packing details for products
17. Interacting with German development engineers when designing the electrical aspects of sound products and system
18. Communicate with German Engineer about technical problems as well as new development
19. Analyze defect parts returned from customer and provide Test report and 8D report
20. Search for new suppliers and technologies which is required to fulfill the customer requirements
21. Work together with Headquarter to update the product roadmap and join strategic meetings
22. Improve and document the development process flow continually
23. Make budget plan for Team and necessary Equipment
24. Report to Headquarter in Germany

Mandatory Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in science preferred Electrical or mechanical Engineering
2. 8 years of work experience in R&D and Engineering team management
3. 3 years management experience with proven leadership and people management skills with up to 10 engineers
4. Understanding about the basic electronic components distribution business for simple PCBA development
5. Have understanding of electro mechanical assembly processes
6. Good oral and written communication skills in English
7. Strong project planning and management skill.
8. Preferred is good knowledge of display technologies like TN STN TFT OLED Capacitive touch
