Responsibilities:
- Provide laboratory support for production and engineering testing. 为实验室提供COP测试，并把及时更新通过的批次，如有不合格及时执行反应措施。为工程部的提供测试支持。
- Assist in designing and developing new laboratory equipment to improve testing process. 辅助完成实验室新设备及试验流程的发展和完善。
- Identify quality problems and assists with implementing / validating error proofing methods. 能否鉴别质量问题，能够辅助完成解决不合格品的确认和验证。
- Maintains laboratory equipment and environment through the practice of 5s principles and TPM. 运用5S原理保证实验室环境整洁，运用TPM来维护和保养试验设备。
- Performs other duties as assigned. 能够接受并执行所委派的除试验以外的其它工作内容。
- Performs Weld analysis testing as required. 按要求完成焊接分析试验。
- Perform tank testing as required. 按要求完成tank testing。
- Perform Hydro burst testing as required. 按要求完成水爆试验。
- Perform Pre-LAT testing and on-line testing of production generant. 按要求完成Pre-LAT试验。
- Assist in writing work instructions and procedures for job.协助完善SWI。
- Able to learn and understand software programs used in the test bays. 能够学习和理解试验软件的应用。
- Make sure procedures in test bay are followed. 严格按照试验流程完成试验。
- Manage test bay at night shift, make sure jobs transferred between day and night shift clearly.管理夜班实验室的事务，确保早、中班的工作清晰的交接。
- Ensures laboratory procedures are followed to determine specific problems and recognize areas for improvements确保完全按照实验室的流程操作来识别问题以求改进。

Requirements:
- More than two years experience of mechanical or electronic products testing, auto parts testing as a plus. 两年以上机械电子/设备，测试/维修经验，有汽车零部件测试经验者尤佳。
- Relative working experience on testing. 有测试相关工作经验。
- Mechanical or electronic background. 机械或电子背景
- Can operate office software. 会使用办公自动化软件
- Can operate English test software. 一定的英语基础，能熟练操作英文软件
- Positive, active, responsible, team work. 工作积极主动，能吃苦。良好的团队合作精神，富有责任心
