职位描述：
Key Areas of Responsibility：
1.Constantly Coach, train & develop a competent quality team
2.Implement strategies for quality function, including quality system establishment & maintenance, process improvement, KPI measurement, etc.;
3.Support sourcing team for supplier selection and complete supplier assessment report from quality side
4.Monitor supplier performance based on KPIs (PPM, Yield, Complaints) and follow up the corrective actions when below the target through SQE
5.Work closely with project teams for Safe Launch of Production Release Process
6.Leading supplier Improvements & Developments to improve product quality and reduce cost of Non-quality
7.Monthly Report supplier/design/customer Quality Performance for management review
8.Warranty quality control (outgoing inspection) of all finished products and sign/approve Quality Agreements with supplier
9.Communicate/Response events, problems and reports to customers (Internal & external) when needed.

Job Requirements & Skills：
1.Bachelor degree at least, engineering and technical background
2.Good English, both in written and spoken
3.Over 8-year solid working experience focused on quality management;
4.3-year team management experience
5.Automotive industry experience is preferred
6.Familiar with quality systems such as TS16949, APQP/PPAP, ISO9000, ISO14000, etc.
7.Good Problem solving skill, willing to drive both process and result
8.Willing to travel (over 25% working time)
