职位描述：
Job Purpose:
Achieve and maintain full Customer satisfaction as for services, implement spare parts sales work and ensure company’s annual sales targets achievement.

Job Accountabilities:
Assist the spare part sales and customer service management activities, so as to achieve the scheduled spare parts sales target.
Support Customer Service Mgr to define spare parts sales plan budgeting, based on market information;
To ensure the reaching of given objectives related to spare parts' budget and profit target from assigned Customer Service Manager;
Work together with the Finance Department to facilitate Financial solution, in respect to the Company policies and objective;
Responsible for the spare parts sales order and provide spare parts quotation to satisfy the customer needs according to the feasibility study while achieving Company’s margin objective;
Share the contract matter with Relevant Company functions, and input all the relevant information into the application system;

Do the analysis and forecasts based on customer requirement, so as to assist in the accomplishment of future spare part sales goals.
Receive enquiries for spare parts from all Customers and develop quotation proposals according to FMS criteria as for commercial policy (markup) and time for response;
Manage warranty claims as per FMS procedure;
Plan and effect periodic visits at Customers with the objective of delivering technical audits on customers' machines, promoting latest company innovations related to specific, detailed spare parts of machines ;
Acts as facilitator between Customer and Company dept. for all post-sales activities for spare part management, troubleshooting on machine, etc.

Provide Customer Service to make the client satisfaction:
Single point of contact for spare parts quotation.
Cooperate with related department for spare part sales activities.
Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3 years relevant sales experience in manufacturing industry.
Presentation skill and relevant professional background in mechanical field.
Spoken and written English such that he can communicate with overseas colleagues.
