职位描述：
Design contact/pin and connector, make 3D/2D drawing, per customer requirements
根据客户要求设计端子/pin针和连接器，绘制3D/2D图纸。
Input and update ERP data(specification, package, BOM, etc.)
输入和更新ERP系统相关数据（产品规格，包装，物料清单等）
Team work with internal department like production, quality, purchasing， etc.
与生产,质量，采购等相关部门有效沟通紧密合作
Charge in resolve the technical issues and control engineering changes within the organization and work with team to implement.
负责解决技术问题，工程更改和确保更改的实施。
Support international projects by co-working with HQ R&D department.
和瑞士总部研发部门合作，支持国外的项目。
Perform general tasks assigned by superiors
执行上级主管安排的其他任务

Qualification:
College or above degree, major in Mechanical, industrial, automation, electrical and electronics and other engineering major
大专及其以上学历。机械，工业控制、自动化，电气和电子等相关专业
At least 3 years connector working experience. Good engineering and new development experience in connector field，good ability for solving problem.
至少3年连接器领域工作经验，良好的工程和新产品开发经验，良好的解决问题的能力
Good skills in Solidwroks/ProE, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
精通Solidworks/ProE, AutoCAD及微软Office系统。
Nice communication, good team working spirit, able to work under pressure
良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，抗压能力强
Respect, trust others. Works with integrity and ethics, confidential sense
尊重、信任他人、诚实守信，良好的职业操守,保密意识强
Good English level both in writing and reading, OK to speak and listen
良好的英文读写水平，基本的听说能力
