?？？？？？？ To develop & coordinate of effective digital tools for distribution to improve the sales efficiency
?？？？？？？ To plan and conduct all kinds of promotional campaign & on line event for distribution to support sustainable business growth
?？？？？？？ Empower sales capability of distribution and sustain a high growth of business.
?？？？？？？ Sales process efficiency and service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
Focus 1 : Digital Tools Development
Target users study for better understanding of business needs
Define the key modules and interaction design
Guide and monitor the vender for inter phase design & content development
Focus 2: Promotion & Communication
On line Promotional campaign planning for business growth
Front line contest planning for tools/platform usage promotion

Job Requirements:
College graduated is the basic and prefer with background in Sales, IT and Financial related
Strong digital knowledge is necessary
5-8 yrs sales & marketing related working experience will be a plus, preferably in digital marketing.
Proficient presentation and communication skills;
Excellent skills in digital related system.
Customer focus, quality of work, accountability for results, communication, integrity.
