- take the lead in supplier qualification, requalification, quality surveillance, process and product audit;
- 负责供应商资质认证，再认证，质量监督，过程和产品审核;
- provide technical guidance to suppliers to assure product/process compliance with raw material specifications;
- 为供应商提供技术指导，确保产品/工艺符合原材料规格;
- drive the supplier quality improvements through corrective actions and preventative actions;
- 通过纠正措施和预防措施推动供应商质量改进;
- active supervision of supplier quality agreement implementation;
- 积极监督供应商质量协议的实施;
- Suppliers KPI tracking and performance review

- initiate trainings for supplier quality related procedures/seminars;
- 开展供应商质量相关程序/研讨会的培训;
- Internal quality system management;
- 内部质量体系管理;

Qualifications:
资格：
- bachelor degree in mechanical, chemical, environmental or material engineering;
- 机械，化学，环境或材料工程学士学位;
- ability to work in cross-functional, global team environment with good teamwork spirit;
- 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够在跨职能的全球团队环境中工作;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with different levels of people;
- 良好的沟通和人际交往能力;
- fluent in oral and written English, willing to take frequent travel;
- 口头和书面英语流利，愿意经常出差;
