职位描述：
Software design including model based algorithm software development（MDB）, AUTOSAR-SW coding, software tests including strategy, unit tests, debugging & documentation, according to CMMI development process.

软件工程师根据软件设计规范MISRA/CMMI/ISO26262进行软件设计、编程和模块测试输出的文档与系统需求链接，并基于链接后的软件设计文档进行专业AUTOSAR软件的编写，再进行单元测试，输出测试结果包括测试策略，用例和报告。

1．Job Description 岗位职责
Documentation Management: HLD & LLD software development documentation.
Software Coding: coding based on the automotive software standard (MISRA/CMMI/ISO26262)
Software Quality Management: Module tests implementation with full coverage

软件编制：根据汽车电子模块软件架构和系统需求，进行嵌入式软件代码的开发，软件代码符合汽车级准则(MISRA/CMMI/ISO26262)编写软件代码; 管理和创建新的软件功能;
软件质量管理：执行单元测试，所有应用需100%测试覆盖;

2．Job Requirements: 岗位要求
Well experienced in the coding of C language for embedded systems
Experience in Script file for Bootlader, UDS
Automotive communication protocol experience for I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN
Familiar with Freescale 8/16/32 CPU software coding
Familiar with model-based software development: Mathlab, Simulink, StateFlow as well as UML/ SYSML

熟悉汽车电子产品嵌入式系统C语言编程;
熟悉Freescale 8/16/32位单片机的软件开发
熟悉ST/NXP/Renesas单片机的软件开发
熟悉Codewarrior, Source InSight, Eclipse等开发编译环境
有Bootloader, UDS 开发工作经验者优先
熟悉总线（I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN等）协议者优先
熟悉基于模型Model based MDB的专业汽车电子软件开发的流程和方法, 例如Mathlab, Simulink, StateFlow，UML/ SYSML等工具

Bachelor degree or above, Master degree would be preferred
Good skills in communication, management experience, work in the bilingual international team and willingness of business travel domestic and international
Open minded, strong personal engagement and the active team spirit is highly appreciated
本科以上学历，优先录取硕士研究生
具有良好的沟通，管理能力和经验，适应英、汉双语工作环境，适应国际／国内出差旅行
具备勤劳开朗，努力向上和主动的团队精神
