职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责CONTACT公司PLM产品CDB系统配置、客户培训、操作手册等软件应用技术相关的工作；
2.负责本地或全球PLM项目的客户现场实施工作，协助项目经理或业务顾问验证客户需求，提供系统技术支持；
3.对客户特殊的需求进行系统二次开发的规格编写，并与开发人员进行需求传递并对开发代码进行测试验证反馈；
4.负责参与项目售前中的产品技术演示和技术方案编写；
5.负责学习CONTACT CDB系统的功能模块，协助建设公司的知识库经验库，参与或主导本地化团队的技术转移内部培训；
6.负责CONTACT CDB特定模块的版本测试、本地汉化、技术文件翻译等。

岗位要求：
1.机械专业毕业，热衷于计算机应用技术，掌握一定的计算机应用能力，具有常见的网络、硬件、数据库知识；
2.或者计算机专业毕业；
3.有国产PDM、PLM系统配置维护经验者优先；
4.有CAD三维设计应用经验者优先；
5.有较好的英语阅读能力；如英语口语能力佳者优先。
