职位描述：
岗位职责：1. 根据学生要求，制定相应学习计划；
                  2. 辅导学生学习汉语技能；
                  3. 每周进行教学总结，及时调整教学方式；
                  4. 具有国家汉办《国际汉语教师证》者；
 
任职要求：1. 有较长的、正规的对外汉语教学经验；
                  2. 耐心，认真，能够胜任教学工作中的沟通交流工作；
                  3. 具备一般交流的英语能力；
                  4. 对学生负责；
