Be responsible for the business application system implementation overall management with the support from business and technical stream leaders.
？ Institute and oversee an effective project management framework to ensure the successful execution the agreed program of work
？ Well manage internal and external project team member to ensure they have adequate plans and controls in place to ensure tasks are implemented on time, within budget and to the required scope and quality
？ Drive smooth communication and corporation with all internal functional departments to ensure the project target achievement
？ Practice timely and proactive actions to ensure the project meets its objectives.
？ Adopt project management processes established through the central PMO, including risk and issue management, dependency management, status reporting, change control, etc.
？ Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and steering groups, including immediate escalation of key issues where necessary.
？ Identify, manage and track dependencies internally with other departments, across the project and across wider business initiatives.
？ Identify and track all project risks and issues, establish target resolution dates and execute mitigation plans.
？ Manage resource plans and forecast financial spend against the budget under the direction of the business owners and steering groups.
？ Where necessary, help develop business cases to get approval for funding and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders.
Candidate Specification:
？ Bachelor degree or above in management or computer science related, MBA will be a plus
？ 8+ years working experience with 5+ years project management experience
？ Certified in Project Management (PMI, Six Sigma, Prince2, etc.)
？ Finance related project experience will be a value added, especially the insurance related
？ Fluent communication in Chinese and English
？ Microsoft Office Expertise including MS Project
？ Experience working in a global company/international work experience preferred
