职位描述：
岗位职责：
 1、根据公司拟定的开发目标及部门拟定开发计划，开发加盟商，完成招商目标；
2、负责对潜在加盟商开展咨询、跟踪、洽谈与签约工作；
3、负责设计招商加盟方式并出具具体文案、接洽加盟客户事宜，负责前期接待、业务谈判，考察评估、合约签订、后续运营交接等工作安排；
 4、协助处理加盟商碰到的问题和投诉，及时跟踪与反馈；
5、建立和完善加盟招募和连锁服务过程中的各项流程和标准；
 6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、2年以上化妆品、线下渠道、新零售领域工作经验，有全国城市合伙人招商经验者优先考虑；
2、熟知快消、美业、化妆品加盟招商流程；
 3、具有较强的商务谈判能力，组织、计划、控制、协调、人际交往能力和运作能力佳。
