Job Responsibility:
- Satisfy with the need from global customers – worked as the interface between company and customer
- Increase the revenue of the existing Key Account
- Together with HQ in Germany, expanding business with new potential Key-Account
- Responsible for the customer relationship management
- Close communication with the key customers and frequent visiting is requested
- Stock optimized – dead stock handling
- Kanban-Integration and observation of running Kanban-systems at customer
- Purchase Requistition Handling, Sales Order Entry, Delivery time observation
- Following the personal targets that are defined by the Management and agreed with the employee.
- Other specific tasks defined by the Dept. Leader.
Job qualification:
- At least 3 years work experience in senior sales roles.
- Experience in the field of mechanical components, fastener experience is a plus.
- Frequent travel to PRC is required
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must, German is a plus.
- Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.
- ERP-experience is a must, SAP is a plus.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytic skills
- Strong team work spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Self motivation
