职位描述：
The job’s responsibilities for this position are:

？ Setting-up a new Maintenance/Service Department in our new Factory
？ Installation and commissioning of special machinery at our new production plant
？ Support during start-up and production
？ Production maintenance (mechanical, electrical) and repair services to our machinery and installations
？ Determine production equipment malfunctions and restore the equipment back to operation
？ Continuous improvement of the equipment in terms of reliability, availability, cycle time and quality
？ Where necessary fabricate/manufacture supporting production equipment
？ Replacement of wear parts and processing of reconstruction
？ Processing of final acceptance and handover of the plant
？ Maintain records of all service activities and reporting documentation
？ Be familiar with SHE standards in this industry.

The requirements for this function are:

？ At least 8 years practical hands on experience in a similar position, preferably in the Forging/Hot Press Industry.
？ A hands-on “I can fix or make it” mentality.
？ Successfully completed College or University education in a technical field, e.g. as an electrician, electronic technician, mechatronics technician, mechanical engineer or equivalent
？ Valid driver’s license required
？ Experience in assembly, repair of electro-/mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic components or in machine service in a manufacturing environment
？ Strong mechanical and/or electrical background
？ Capable of trouble shooting (electrical and mechanical) issues and develop an efficient solution to resolve problems
？ Some experience with CNC machinery.
？ Ability to travel internationally.
？ English and Chinese language skills
？ Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
