职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
To manage a portfolio of assigned customers, retain and acquire business in the assigned portfolio to maximise Air New Zealand’s return from its business relationships with key accounts.
Key Outputs
- Manage account portfolio and grow business opportunities to achieve agreed revenue, market share and targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with account portfolio from operators through to senior Managers to ensure
opportunities are leveraged and targets reached.
- Execute strategic business plans with customers to gain long-term commitments to Air NZ.
- Build annual, quarterly and monthly joint business plans, actions and call cycle to generate revenue opportunities and meet
targets.
- Secure new business within the assigned customer portfolio to ensure Air NZ market share is maintained and enhanced.
Review and analyse account performance through effective use of corporate management information systems and initiate
corrective actions as necessary.
- Proactively provide quality service to our key customers and identify business opportunities for improvement and increased
revenue.
- Prepare timely sales report and bi-monthly sales returns to ensure accurate sales data is available in a timely manner.
- Identify new growth account opportunities and implement account plans with the aim of developing the portfolio of accounts.
Lead and implement account training plans within assigned territories to ensure up to date information is provided to enhance
revenue opportunities.
