1.Confirm the booking with overseas agent upon getting the booking from supplier收到客户托书后同海外代理确认
2.Clarify the space with airline and reserve the allocation确认舱位
3.Arrange picking up/stuffing/customs declaration according to request SOP安排提货装载报关等事宜
4.Issue invoice/bill of lading 开具发票并签单
5.Pre-alert to overseas 发送预报
6.Handle customer’s complaints 处理客户投诉
7.Provide specified reports 完成相应报表
8.Handle export shipment enquires, shipment leads 出口询价
9.Back up to team member’s absence 协助同事处理相关事宜
10.Promote value add service to responsible clients 提供增值服务
11.Positively cooperate with other internal department 同其他部门保持合作
12.Other tasks assigned by manager under SOP 其他指定的任务
