职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Take lead in RFQs to response in time.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and product management in all aspects related to thin film evaporation coating products and processes including thin film design.
- Manage demanding customer projects to improve and optimize the quality, output, yields and process stability
- Identify weaknesses in processes and equipment, propose solutions and implement agreed on improvements in manufacturing
- Ensure all process instructions are correct & up to date at all times
- Perform statistical analysis of production data aimed at optimization of productivity
- Coordinate between Engineering, quality, production and related department for products qualify or supplier certification issue.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Physics/Material Science/ME/Process Techniques related fields
- More than 5 years working experience with thin film coating equipment and processes, especially in thin film optical coating with Evaporation platforms.
- Must have good organizational skills and people management skills.
- Superior analytical skills
- Very familiar with glass handling processes and Ultrasonic cleaning processes
- Team player ; Initiative, Self-motivated and independent and high degree of reliability
