Senior IT Engineer
1. 职位描述：
1、 提供日常高效的桌面支持和网络支持
Provide effective performance in the provision of day-to-day desktop and network IT support services
2、 根据Flex要求安装台式机和笔记本电脑。
Build/install new desktop and laptop PCs to the required specifications.
3. 负责IT设备,硬软件的购买
Responsible for IT equipment purchase （including hardware and software）
4、 针对公司实际情况提出改善，并在得到总经理或者总部IT经理允许下进行改善项目的操作
Suggest any IT infrastructure improvements and implemented after getting approval from GM or Group IT manager
5、 协助测试新的IT硬件和软件
Assist in trialing of new IT hardware and software
6、解决邮件，传真，打印，电话等一系列用户的IT问题
Receive and respond to helpdesk calls, emails, faxes, telephone calls and direct approaches from IT systems users and colleagues in China
7、 协助监控IT系统，确保正确级别的反病毒保护，间谍软件保护，垃圾邮件过滤和软件补丁的更新。还有防止盗版软件的非法使用。
Assist in monitoring IT systems to ensure the correct level of anti-virus protection, spyware protection, spam filtering, software patching and general security – and ensure that only licensed software is used
8、 确保IT部门文档和调查列表保持更新
Ensure that IT department documentation and inventory lists are kept up-to-date, accurate & complete
9、 确保IT系统在相关站点的数据备份和还原流程
Ensure data backup and restore procedures for IT systems at the relevant sites are adhered to
10、 提供对用户的IT培训
Provide end-user training (esp. creation of documentation/training notes), where appropriate
岗位要求：
1. 3年以上IT工作经验；
More than 3 years work experience
2. 熟悉Cisco交换机各种配置, 和服务器虚拟化配置等.
Familiar with Cisco switch configuration, and deploy server virtualization solution.
3. 熟练掌握电脑的安装问题解决和安装服务器.
Good at the client OS installation and troubleshooting, and server installation.
4. 大专以上学历；
College degree or above.
5. 英语听说读写熟练。
English Skills must.
6. CCNA, CCNP证书等优先考虑
CCNA, CCNP is a plus.
