职位描述：
1、 对所带在读学员提供高水平的服务，促使学员继续购买课时及续费升级。
2、 对所带在读学员提供高水平的服务,促使学员推荐他人购买课时。
3、 安排好学生每一次的上课时间，确保课程的如期进行。
4、 辅助和监督教师的互动式教学，确保学生学习计划的实施，保证互动教学的良好效果, 对班级授课的学生做好日常维护工作，提供高水平的服务。
5、 按照课程管理流程对学员在中心的学习进行管理,并与学生家长及时有效沟通，与学生和家长建立长期，稳定，良好的关系。
6、 接受上级安排，参与市场部组织的校区活动；
7、 协助课程顾问安排到访客户或电话咨询；
8、 完成部门内部工作及上级交代的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1)大专及以上学历(应届毕业生须本科学历以上)；
2)有服务意识，热情大方；
3)亲和力强、善沟通、协调说服力强；
4)较强的安全意识，对内管理现金、票据、各种印鉴，对外负责门锁及密码管理；
5)热爱教育行业,有良好的客户服务意识、能适应灵活的工作时间，周末需上班。
