职位描述：
岗位职责
1、根据客户要求制作及确认全套出口单证（如提单、箱单、发票、产地证、非木制品包装声明等）；
2、收集和整理各种单证，完成送货单、订单、提单核对等对单据的各项处理；
3、负责安排出货和跟进订舱、送货及报关等全套工作，确保货物顺利出运；
4、协助财务办理结汇、核销和退税工作；
5、协助销售和业务人员提供比必要单据完成收款工作；
6、制作相关商检、产地证书。

任职资格
1、具有国际贸易、运输、报关等专业，大专以上学历，有基本的英语水平；
2、具有1年以上相关工作经验，熟悉单证审单、订舱、出口货物的商检、报关、结汇、核销，与货代、报关行、货代仓库等环节联系；
3、计算机熟练，工作认真负责，工作主动性高，学习能力强，善于沟通交流，思考和解决问题；
4、善于安排时间，能够承受工作压力，性格开朗外向。
