Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator – Brand/Social Media

POSITION REPORTS TO:

Marketing Manager, Campaigns

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true through:

?Monitor, alert, respond & manage with urgency any online consumer feedback in line with company social media policy.
?Producing multifaceted, effective and efficient marketing campaigns on time, on brief and on budget
?Proactively offering solutions and recommendations to internal customers for their marketing/campaign needs
?Acting as a liaison between internal customers, stakeholders and allied service departments to ensure effective communication channels are open
?Maintaining relationships with external promotional companies in order to source new marketing opportunities

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to :)

?Develop marketing programs to increase awareness and drive demand and high-quality leads through cost-effective digital marketing channels.
?Grow and optimize the online customer acquisition and conversion funnel
?Manage and promote joint marketing programs with partners, from marketing campaign concept to creative content development and program execution, including online, direct mail campaigns, and social media campaigns.
?Analyze and report on online program and campaign effectiveness, metrics and dashboard through the use of web analytics and marketing automation systems to understand user behavior.
?Respond & manage with urgency any online consumer feedback  in line with company social media policy.
?Liaising with internal customers to determine requirements of campaigns/projects
?Identifying key internal stakeholders and the impact a campaign/project will have on the Company
?Preparing campaign/project outlines, including budgets, timelines and responsibilities
?Ensuring all compliance guidelines are met and applicable legal approvals and state licenses gained as required
?Communicating campaign strategies and accompanying collateral to key stakeholders
?Monitoring campaign progress to ensure success for both parties
?Conduct research and continually self educate on marketing trends and consumer behavior
?Regular communication and negotiation, setting meeting agendas, conducting and controlling meetings, minute taking and accurate record keeping
?Basic copy writing
?Responsible for job briefs to ensure the Creative Services’ team meets the job owner’s objectives

KEY POSITION CRITERIA:

?Undergraduate or post graduate qualifications with a focus in Marketing or equivalent combination of related education and experience
?3+ years of experience in digital marketing
?Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
?Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
?Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
?Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
?Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
?Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
?Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
?Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
?Demonstrated ability to multitask and coordinate a number of projects
?Demonstrated excellent organisation and communication skills
