工作职责：
岗位特征：
服务顾问是第一线的保时捷品牌大使，是保时捷售后服务环节中第一个与客户接触的角色,因而必须确保随时向所有保时捷客户提供可靠、优质和全面的售后服务。服务顾问还负责征询客户在服务方面的需求,提供有关建议, 就执行的工作进行相关讲解以确保客户获得最满意的服务。
 
职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：
1. 安排预约服务
2. 接待客户维修车辆
3. 交付客户维修车辆
4. 处理客户投诉
5. 维护客户关系

Position Characteristics:
The Service Advisor is often the first contact to Porsche Service customers and therefore responsible that that a reliable, premium and comprehensive After Sales service is offered to all Porsche customers at all time. S/He also advises and consults customers on service needs and explains the performed work to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
 
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Arrange service appointments
2. Accept customer's vehicle for service
3. Return vehicle to customer
4. Deal with customer complaints
5. Maintain customer relationship


任职资格：
教育背景：
?须具备大专学历，具有专业大学本科学历者优先；
?具有英语沟通能力者优先
 
行业背景：至少两年汽车售后服务顾问或类似职位工作经验
 
其他任职要求：
?候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法，保时捷系统的操作方法除外；
?热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；
?形象气质佳；
?热爱保时捷产品及服务：
?优秀的客户服务意识,能够迅速建立稳固的客户关系

Education:
?College degree required, university degree is preferred; ?Candidates able to communicate in English preferred
 
Industry background：At least two years' working experience as Service Advisor or similar position
 
Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
?Smart appearance;
?Enthusiastic in Porsche products and services;
?With outstanding customer service awareness and ability to quickly establish stable customer relationship
